What I offer
I understand that everyone’s experiences are different, so I take time to get to know you and what matters to you. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we will work together to understand the links between your thoughts, feelings, experiences, relationships and physical wellbeing. From there, we can agree on a plan that feels right for you.
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, the effects of early-life trauma, and longer-term emotional or relational challenges. I also have a good understanding of the emerging recognition of neurodivergence and the impact this has for individuals on navigating life, and a special interest in women’s health.
I am trained in several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Schema Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Alongside my clinical work, I provide formulation-based supervision for Clinical Psychologists and Psychological Therapists and offer reflective practice, consultation and training to organisations seeking to develop trauma-informed, inclusive workplaces that support staff and promote wellbeing.
